Cutoff off for electronic registration is September 22nd – we can not accept any dance entries after this date! You will still be able to purchase other passes and workshop tickets, etc…but competitors need to be in the system. We do need a few days to heat the sessions and get timing set! Thank you for being mindful of our deadlines.
Our dinner show sold out over one month (the sell-out date is getting earlier each year!!) before the event started last year…so grab that HOT Pass, make your meal choice, and get ready for a FANTASTIC Saturday night show and competition!!!
PLEASE NOTE – going forward, we are asking everyone that purchases a “Hot” Pass or Dinner Show ticket to specify their meal choice. We are still settling on the best meal options at our new venue, so give us a little more time to get everything worked out. We promise there will be options for both omnivores and vegetarians!

Our special West Coast Swing workshop on Thursday night, featuring David Appel, is not included with any pass. That ticket must be purchased separately. Don’t miss this fun time, including the welcome dance to follow! It is still early in the year, so stay tuned for other “special” workshop announcements. As we get the details worked out and contracts in place we will update this website and all other related communications.
