Cutoff off for electronic registration is September 23rd – we can not accept any dance entries after this date! You will still be able to purchase other passes and workshop tickets, etc…but competitors need to be in the system. We do need a few days to heat the sessions and get timing set! Thank you for being mindful of our deadlines.
Our dinner show sold out TWO WEEKS before the event started last year…so grab that HOT Pass, make your meal choice, and get ready for a FANTASTIC Saturday night show and competition!!!
PLEASE NOTE – going forward, we are asking everyone that purchases a “Hot” Pass or Dinner Show ticket to specify their meal choice. Our traditional meal includes a wonderful entree of steak with enchiladas; however, we want everyone to be able to enjoy their evening! If you are vegetarian or have other special dietary needs, just choose one of those options when registering! We have to submit those special order meals the week before the event! If you choose “Other”, we will contact you for your needs so make sure your contact information is up to date in the Country Dance Director system!
ALSO – If there is a specific person or group you want to be seated with at dinner, LET US KNOW! We will be offering “Full Table” sales again in 2025, so gather up your group and decide how you want to purchase your tickets! For more information, email Noelle at dancefiestaABQ@gmail.com!
Our special West Coast Swing workshop on Thursday night, featuring David Appel, is not included with any pass. That ticket must be purchased separately. Don’t miss this fun time, including the welcome dance to follow!
We are still early in the planning phase and sending out contracts…there may be additional paid workshops or intensives available with some of the top teachers on any circuit….stay tuned!
